The Breathwork Experience
These monthly gatherings use a modified version of breathwork designed to fit a shorter time-frame that may be appealing to those curious to explore this practice prior to committing to a day-long, weekend, or longer retreat format. By practicing on a regular basis, participants can explore their own inner worlds and shift into a healthier and more vibrant way of being.
Each class includes:
- Intro Talk
- 1 hour breathwork session
- sharing and integration circle
Please Bring- wear comfortable clothes in layers
- yoga mat (thicker is preferred) or something to lie on. some people bring a sleeping bag.
- eye-shade or scarf
- blanket or throw in case you get cold
- water bottle
- inhaler if you have asthma
Cost: $40
(limited hardship rates by donation are available)
Make sure to read the Contraindications Page prior to registering. Failure to disclose a contraindication shall not be a liability upon the facilitator(s).
